Overview

Smartec Web Services operates this portfolio. We collect only what is useful for responding to project inquiries and, if enabled with the appropriate choice, understanding how visitors use the work and service pages.

We do not design the analytics layer to create advertising profiles, follow people across websites, or record names, email addresses, message text, or budget details as analytics events.

Information handled

Project inquiries

If you choose to contact us, you provide your name, email, company if applicable, inquiry type, optional budget range, and project details. The current contact form prepares an email in your own email application; it does not silently send the form to an analytics service.

Necessary device preferences

Theme and privacy choices are stored locally in your browser so the site can remember what you selected. These preferences are not used to identify you across other websites.

Optional measurement

No analytics or marketing provider is currently active. The site includes a provider-neutral architecture for future privacy-respecting measurement. If a provider is enabled, its code must remain blocked until analytics consent is available where required, and this policy must identify that provider, purpose, storage, retention, and any international transfer.

The event contract is limited to:

• Project and service pages viewed
• External project links selected
• Contact calls to action selected and successful form handoffs
• Portfolio filters used
• Theme preference changed
• Case studies reached to their final section

Marketing consent is maintained as a separate choice. No marketing tracker is installed by the current site.

Your choices

You can accept, reject, or change optional categories independently. Rejecting optional measurement does not limit access to the portfolio. Clearing browser storage removes the locally saved theme and privacy choices.

Storage and retention

Theme and privacy preferences remain on your device until you clear browser storage or a new preference version replaces them. The current site does not maintain an analytics profile or marketing audience.

Information you choose to send by email is handled through the email services used by you and Smartec and may be retained as needed to answer the inquiry, manage the resulting business relationship, and meet applicable obligations. We do not send that message content to analytics providers.

This notice will be updated before any material change to providers, purposes, retention, or data-sharing arrangements becomes active.
